Steel Couplers

PRODUCTS: TYPE A (Rebar)
PRODUCT DETAILS:
It consists of 2 standard threads. With 1 head using the case, the normal is embedded. Threaded steel with swivel coupler. Then in the concrete structure, then the steel. The other side is threaded and rotated inside. Coupler to the end of the thread.
Type A: The steel can be rotated conveniently
- Prepare the finish threaded steel and steel coupler joint
- Bring the spiral steel into the coupler steel joint
- Turn the other standard steel into the coupler steel joint
- Check the integrity after successful installation
PRODUCTS: TYPE B (Coupler)
PRODUCT DETAILS:
Consists of 1 standard thread with 1 extra long thread and 1 coupler head is used for splicing very long steel. This helps in the matter making it more convenient to splice steel that is embedded in concrete.
Type B: The steel to be attached can be rotated slightly.
- Prepare the finished threaded steel and steel coupler
- Bring the spiral steel into the steel Coupler
- Check the order after successful
- Rotate the steel thread into the steel Coupler until tight
PRODUCTS: TYPE C (Coupler)
The steel that is attaced cannot be rotated at all. The connection is performed inthe same way as the B connection but with lock nut in the last step to tighten the coupler.
PRODUCT: TYPE D (Reducing size coupler)
It is used for work that requires the extension of construction steel with different sizes such as downsizing DB32 to DB28, which helps simplify planning.
